Asiago Crisps

1. Preheat oven 300 degrees. 

2. Shred around 1 cup asiago cheese.

3. Bake for ~10 minutes but keep a close watch on it. 

4. Cool on wired rack so it stays crispy. 

Perfect garnish to any dish. Delicate, elegant, and fancy shmancy.
